Refund policy

At Fly God Musky Apparel, each item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, which means all products are unique and custom-printed just for you.

Returns & Replacements

• We accept returns/replacements only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us at jsgrassi69@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery at with order number and clear photos of the issue.
• Once approved, we’ll arrange a free reprint or refund. (There is no need to return the damaged product.)

Non-Returnable Items

• We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
  • Wrong size or color ordered
  • Change of mind (buyer's remorse)
• Please review product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Issues

• In case of undeliverable shipments (wrong address, package refused, etc.), we can arrange a reprint at an extra charge or a partial refund.

Return Address

Because returns are not accepted by our print providers, any returns sent directly to them will not be processed. Please contact us first before attempting any return.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
